ooohhh, its so tempting to stay at a WDW hotel the night before and do Downtown Disney, but I'm afraid we'll all be bummed about not doing any of the parks. I know, I know...even though we'll be going on a cruise, it still might be hard to be THERE and not do the parks, ya know??

Welcome to the board Gina!! Our DS son, Mason, will also be 6 at the time of the cruise. Last year his favorite activities were the mickey pool/waterslide and the kids club---he never wanted to leave b/c he was having so much fun.

FYI- John, Lampy and Doogie were picked out of the audience to be "Bon Jovi" They came out and lip synched with wigs, etc. Then some girls came out, I think as the Go-Gos, dressed in towels, and lip synched. Then the audience applause decided who was the winner. Only problem was that when they asked for applause for the girls, it was deafening because the DJ played a recorded applause track!
One more note, was that Doogie swears that one of the Go Gos flashed her towel and was butt nekkid. Maybe that wasn't an applause track after all! May have just been Doogs cheering really loud!

Anyway, the "Ron Bon Jovi's" swear they were robbed! They may get another chance this year at 80's night.

I hope I have the details right here. It was late. But really, really funny.

She dances (ballet and jazz), loves animals - she has a hamster and we have two dogs; is in Brownies, loves to read and watch game shows.

Did anyone get their REAS spa and Palo booked? i left preferences with my TA yesterday and i'm awaiting her response! how exciting to see our countdown numbers finally reach something that means something!

I think my DH and oldest DD are wanting to do an afternoon Stingray City snorkley excursion at GC -- is this one you are all doing they could join you?

How To Avoid The Flu
Eat right! Make sure you get your daily dose of fruits and veggies.
Take your vitamins and bump up your vitamin C.
Get plenty of exercise because exercise helps build your immune system.
Walk for at least an hour a day, go for a swim,
take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
Wash your hands often. If you can't wash them,
keep a bottle of antibacterial stuff around.
Get lots of fresh air. Open windows whenever possible.
Get plenty of rest.
Try to eliminate as much stress from your life as you can.
OR Take the doctor's office approach.
Think about it...
When you go for a shot, what do they do first?
Clean your arm with alcohol!
Why?
Because alcohol kills germs.
So ...
I walk to the liquor store. (exercise )
I put lime in my Corona...(fruit)
Celery in my Bloody Mary (veggies)
Drink outdoors on the bar patio..(fresh air)
Tell jokes, laugh..(eliminate stress)
Then pass out. (rest)
The way I see it...
If you keep your alcohol levels up,
flu germs can't get you!!!!

OK, so I am gonna book my Palo, spa and shore excursions this weekend. Are we gonna "DIS Group" and take over the Fury Cat at Cozumel? The noon trip?
I guess I could book it and then if we do something different at Coz, I can cancel or change.

I think we are gonna go for the following.

Palo Dinner- Tues 22nd 8:30PM

Palo Brunch- Monday 21st 11:00 Am (first sea day) Last year we had 6 at our table. Anybody wanna join us?

Couples massage- Thursday 24th 1:00 PM

Shore Excursions-

CC- Parasail for 4- Sunday 20th -Earliest time slot available
Banana Boat Rides for 3 Sunday

Cozumel- Fury Cat noon trip for 5

Grand Cayman- Booking outside of DCL with DIS Group.

Anybody got any other suggestions?

Oh yeah, kelli wants to do the wine tasteing on day. But I think I will stick to the beer tasteing in Diversions!
