I agree, I wouldn't worry to much about it since it is on Castaway. And even if you miss the ship there(which is highly unlikely) we can just pick you up when we come back on Friday!

I gave serious consideration to becoming a "castaway" at castaway cay but learned last year there is no wired in power and really buggy at night

I noticed today that they had released interline rates for this cruise (my husband works in IT at a major airline) so I called and asked about switching to an interline rate. I had to pay a big cancellation fee, but it wasn't much more than the savings, and we were able to upgrade from an 11C to a 5B! So we lost our room number and we're in the GTY pool now.

So if any of you November 12th cruisers are airline employees - check into interline pricing!

Man, this thread is dead,

I still have to figure out tons of stuff before we leave. We're going to be gone for 17 days, with a pre-land WDW stay. I seriously need to figure out:

What to do with my 2 big dogs.
How to get to the airport and back home.
How to get to the Port from the resort and back to the airport.
When to buy my park tickets.
When to pay for my excursions.
Meet-up and FE gifts!

I just tried it and it said Saturday night stay required. I'm seeing about $60 for a 1 day rental (late Friday to early Saturday, MCO to Port Canaveral). I know it's not outrageous, but we usually get a car for a week at WDW for under $200. $60 each direction seems high, although still a lot less than the Disney shuttles for a family of four. And we'll have a car in Orlando to stop by DTD before we leave for the port Saturday morning.

Chloe and I share this username and I havent been on in forever! I am so sorry I just left you all... But thank you to whoever stepped right in! It has been a crazy year and it just keeps getting crazier!!

So glad to talk to everyone again! We are down to 51 days until we leave Cape Canaveral!!!! We will blink and it will be here! I am so excited for this cruise! We are taking one HUGE family vacation so I know it will be amazing.

Whats everyones plans for getting down there? Driving? Flying? As of right now we have no idea. I know, bad planning. We think we will end up driving (about a 10 hour drive) but my mom keeps checking airline prices.

So glad to talk to everyone again! We are down to 51 days until we leave Cape Canaveral!!!! We will blink and it will be here! I am so excited for this cruise! We are taking one HUGE family vacation so I know it will be amazing.

Whats everyones plans for getting down there? Driving? Flying? As of right now we have no idea. I know, bad planning. We think we will end up driving (about a 10 hour drive) but my mom keeps checking airline prices.

OMG back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know what you mean I can't believe it is finally just right around the corner!! Yay!!! We are flying down on Thursday and spending 2 nights at the Radisson, got our plane tix months ago, they are crazy high now, but Southwest has had some GREAT prices lately definitely check there! It's quite a few in our family too, I am super excited!!

And somehow since I am probably one of the most active if not the most on this particular thread I had no issues helping get things organized, thank you for starting the thread!!! Only 48 days til we get to the Radisson, woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
