November 12, 2011 - Magical Double Dip!

Well, it looks like we'll be in Cat 5B connecting rooms on Deck 7 towards the front... don't have the exact cabin #'s yet, but I'm getting excited! This will be my first cruise of any type with a verandah.

I'm just PRAYING we can still get first seating for dinner, or we'll have a disaster on our hands with our 2 small kids. Eek!

We got the second seating for dinner with two 4-year olds. They will likely be so jazzed up from everything that they will be ok. Ours will stay up all night if we let them.

Last year we had the early seating which worked well... my 22 month old will be on the floor by 8:30. Even with the cruise excitement, they still were pretty good about getting to bed at a normal hour - 8:00 ship time (7:00 CST).

Just booked our transportation with Spaceport Transport, yay!!!!! Cari has been super nice and great to work with so far, I'm excited to use them this year It really makes it soooooo exciting for me to be finalizing things like this! Cruise is paid for, airfare is booked, transportation is booked, Radisson is booked, excursion in Cozumel is booked Ok so I still have to make our magnets and drive my DH crazy with my countdown! I really cannot wait for this cruise!! I'm gonna be on cloud 9 the whole time! Woohoo!!!!! Only 167 days left for us til we leave!

Just booked our transportation with Spaceport Transport, yay!!!!! We've changes staterooms. We're now in #7596. We almost cancelled due to cost, but DH let me keep the cruise when I suggested we downgrade to a cat 5 for a savings of $1200!!! (also, no fe for us this time)

You might have to search a bit but it's worth it, there are quite a few keepers

Hey you have to remember, it's just me & my DH, no kiddos means I have lots more free time to be planning (maybe over planning ) our adventures If it makes you feel better I haven't figured out my meet & greet gift yet orrrrrrrr done any of my magnets, and we also do shirts, so there that also!! Gotta save some things til closer so I can scramble to get things done "in time"

Cute pics!!!! I hear ya about making the waiting worse too! I like to look thru all our pics and think to myself, man I can't wait to be back on that boat!!!

Well my dear friends, we will not be on this cruise.

We are switching to the 11/13/11 sailing of the Wonder on the Mexican Riviera. With the Kids sail free promo it's $1000 in our pockets... so we'll be hitting up the West coast. Wishing you all a safe and wonderful cruise!!!

Man, looking at these excursions, I'm seriously considering not getting off the boat for a couple of stops. We loved CC, but I'm kinda sad to be missing Key West, they had some great food places,

Food may be the only thing that will drag us off the boat in the Caymans or MX, most of the excursions aren't geared towards groups with younger kids,

Food may be the only thing that will drag us off the boat in the Caymans or MX, most of the excursions aren't geared towards groups with younger kids,

Really? We thought there was lots to do in both places!

In Caymans, there's Boatswains Bay and the beach both a short bus or taxi ride awa; as well as a wonderful little museum of history & art, and a craft market within walking distance.

In Cozumel, there are lots of shops in walking distance, plus we found a square with play space and native dancers. Taxi's are cheap and plentiful and there are lots of wonderful beaches - our favorite is Nachicocoom, but there are many others - as well as Chakkanaab which also has a botanical garden, swimming with dolphins, and other activities.

We have 5 kids in our party, and we'll definitely be going off the ship in both places.

I agree, there is alot to do in both places, my DSis has never had a problem finding something to do with her now DD4 (first cruise was in DSis's tummy!!), DS7, & DS16.

Goodness I think there are sooooo many things to do....... Keep looking.... We have never been to the same place twice yet!!! And my kiddos always have a blast.....
