Dave, I think I met you a bunch of nights at dinner (5:30 seating, APL rotation), we were sitting in Mladden & Collin's section and you came over to say hi to them. We were the ones with the two little boys.

Hope you had a blast.

Yes we did meet. We had Mladden for our server on our cruise in Nov 2005. As soon as we walked in he recognized us. It was like meeting an old friend again.

Our whole family all agreed that it was our best vacation ever. Hope you had a great time also.

Pat, you have a photo of the famous disappearing DIStag magnets! Everyone playing DIStag had one at the beginning of the cruise (txaggie94gigem/Elizabeth made them). One by one they started to disappear Wish we had one for the scrapbook, but the photo of one would likely be a funnier item to preserve.

wendy - i wish i knew you needed one! on the last day that we were swapping i put some extra ones that "magically" appeared on my door on elizabeth's door - she might still have some extra's for you . . .

It's a cyber-game that DISers have played in the past. Teams are formed and challenges met. An example from one in the past is the teams had to submit a script for a TV show that included certain elements (fictional characters combined with DISboard members). After some of the people are eliminated, teams may be reformed and eventually it's down to individual challenges. In the past all the winner got was the glory. This time the DIS has come up with FANTASTIC prizes (WDW visit for four at the Swan/Dolphin, DCL/Wonder cruise)!!!!!! The announcement was made and teams formed while we were all cruising, so we can only cheer for our friends who made it on to a team!

Indeed, yes, because the same kind person has been kind enough in the past to realize that when I only hook up at 24400 bps that it would, seriously, take hours to weed thru the posts. I literally can take naps waiting on a simple page to load. Didn't want to spend that much time wanting the answers to a question that someone might know out of hand!
