about Distag gifts.....

think about little trinkets for the cruise, scrapbooking, snacks, toys, sunglasses, chapstick, pens, stuff from where you live, special recipes, party favor stuff.....

it is up to you if you want to put your name in the bag or not...some people want to be sneaky!!

IMPORTANT!!!!! make sure you bring ribbon of some sort to hang to bag in the fish hook! I forgot this last year and it was a mess to leave bags!!!

Hi! Hope I'm not too late for the party. I went on a field trip with DS today, and it just threw my whole day off. One week from tonight, we will be doing our packing (yes, we are chronically delayed in our packing).

There are still about 40 cabins left for our cruise. From the cruise line forum, it looks like several people from our cruise want to upgrade at the port. Do you think Disney is not upgrading us DISers, so they can get upgrade money from us at the port? I don't know what to expect. The cruise we went on last year was sold out over a month before we sailed.

OK, have to get into party mode now. Only 9 more days!!!

Hi- We are planning to joing the Nov 11 cruise and I have just been trying to catch up on 5000+ posts!

I have one question, I am sure it has been answered, but the search function does not seem to be working for me.

Do we know when the formal/semi formal nights will be, and when the pirate party is? I am not sure how it works on a 'double dip' cruise. This has probably been answered 50 times, but I just can't find it!!!

I got stuff for DIStag today. I went to JoAnn's to get a button for DS pants and spent over $50! Most expensive button I ever bought! Well, that is if you don't count all the scrapbooking stuff I bought while I was there.

So, if we're ordering drinks, I'd like to order myself a birthday drink. Let's see, Appletini or Margarita? Maybe something fruity with a little umbrella? Or... maybe I'll just get off the computer and go to bed! I do have to work tomorrow...

As for nails... the gals in our travel group are going tomorrow to get our toenails done. We're going to see if they can do a lime green Mickey head on our big toe. If it turns out cute, I'll post a picture.

I think we'll be doing our DIStag bags tomorrow. Name tags... almost forgot about that part.

I don't know about everyone else but we may be getting a little silly the closer we get to the big day. I think there may be direct corilation between the time before the cruise and sanity... You are funny...

Dee, it was yesterday.

And for those with colds...try Zicam. It is an immunity boost- mostly zinc. Really works great to shorten the duration.

But it tastes nasty just warning you .
Need to be healthy for the trip

Carolyn and Nancy. Gel are almost the same as acrylics. Instead of using the powder and liquid to make the acrylic they use a gel that must be cured with ultra violet light. You also do not need as much sanding as you do with acrylics.


Michelle, my problem is not trying to make them stronger now, it is making them long again in a very short period of time.

Wendy, no e-mail from David & Ivan....maybe they just sent it to you because your are our 'spokesperson' I imagine it would take them a while to e-mail everyone, as they don't have internet access all the time, I believe.

Hope your day was not hectic.
I cannot believe we have 9 days to set sail.
Our group has 7 1/2 day till we fly, It is almost midnight.
I have 5 more nights ( 3 of them 12 hrs) and then VACATION
This is what i'd like to do to my work computer
5 more nights, 5 more nights I need to keep saying that
as I try to get sleep. I do not think I can sleep.

Linda - the Dolphin pic was great. I did that with my girls and it
was the most wonderful time we had, No price can match the
wonderful time we had. I have the pics and just makes me happy
and smile when I look at them. I also bought the tape. For us it was
well worth the cost. I had such a good time.
