Yes on Embaekstion. I know we won't be able to be there long, some I'm sure have main(1st) dinning. I know I do. I can't wait. All of my FE's are done...ya. As far as ports, my family and I will be doing all on our own. Beach, maybe glass bottom boat, we will see. That way we can go back to the ship early if we want.

There is no reason to worry about drug cartel violence in Cabo, the drug gangs don't have any reason to be in Baja, all of that crap is going on mostly in border towns and some of the larger cities.

Remember, there have been more people killed in traffic accidents in the U.S. in last 12 months than there have been people killed in the drug wars in total, yet we are all driving or being driven to the ship.

I recently bought a timeshare in Cabo - so I have no worries.

If you want to get shot, start nosing around in a border town asking questions about drugs.... needless to say, this isn't on DCLs excursion list.

I booked excursions through www.johann-sandra.com . Had great experiences with them, and they were quick to refund when I had a change in plans. Never felt in danger or threatened in any way.

Our Cabo tour is thru them. Good to know they're trustworthy, etc. I'm thinking of booking a Cozumel tour thru them for our Nov. 12th cruise as well. It's the same as the DCL one I signed DH & I up for, but if I go thru them $30 cheaper PER person! My only worry is we have to take a ferry over to Playa del Carmen for this excursion, so I don't know. Still trying to decide if we should switch or not. You must go to GS to change. This is all ships. I was told it was to be with like the other cruise companies.

I don't give them a credit card number. I have it listed as a cash only basis.

My TA was on the Wonder last week, and she confirmed that Christian is still the cruise director (for the time being).

We will there! By we, I mean, my DH and I will be there. DD will be off and running.

Glass bottom boats are fun. We did it last year in Guadaloupe. It was beautiful!
