Our cut off date was a few weeks ago, but some did not mind adding some. I'm thinking Marukochan will be off the list. I have tried to reach them but the last time I heard from them was 8/4/10. I also have tried to get a hold of Smedonseas, and Sneeches. I have Sneeches room numbers, but don't know what rooms go with what group for her. Her's are 6084,6085. As far as Mike and Nick, let me know what you think.

I had a father and son on one of my old lists (I thought that was Mike and Nick), and they had listed 1 other boy (I think a friend of the son).

I am good with adding them in, I just finished sewing 2 more sets of my FE gift today. Will do whatever the consensus is.

That was us. None of my sons friends could come. All of the parents would not let them leave home during Thanksgiving. I think I a will be to busy at work to do the FE Gifts.

That is a good question. We have a couple I have not heard back from. There is Marukochan-have not gotten a reply sence 8/14/10 so I'm thinking of cutting them. SmedonSeas did not want to give me a room number, and have not heard from in a couple of months. And then there is Sneeches, I have room numbers but there are two rooms and don't know who is in what room, and have not heard back from. I have PM'ed all of them, so if anyone hears back from them let me know. If anyone has a suggestion let me know.

OK, so let's get an updated list w/ those that we think are no longer participating removed + the new couple that was just added on and we should be good to go then, right? & Now Mike & Nick are no longer doing it, right? So we don't need to add them into the new list after all.

Hopefully Sneeches will get back to you soon and let you know which room # goes w/ which set of people & then we can have a last and final list for everyone to work with.

Mike, We have not decided when to meet on the ship, but come join us when we do.

One of the things we did on the Trans Atlantic cruise that was interesting was tour the rooms. Between everyone on the DIS board we had almost every type of room. We setup a sea day (of course we had 8) and everyone got together and was able to tour all of the types of rooms. The only type we could not get into was the Walt Disney Suite.

So here is the list. I put the two cabins in RED that will more than likely be dropped. & Then I put both stateroom #'s next to both Sneeches staterooms to highlight that we need to know which stateroom goes to which group. Hopefully they'll get back to us soon. If not, it shouldn't be too difficult to get them their stuff b/c there are only 2 in each cabin. & If it is something personalized & delivered to the wrong stateroom, they can sort it out amongst themselves.

& I counted 63 people in 19 staterooms.

The way I read it was that they PM'd their stateroom #'s recently (maybe they were GTY like we were and just received their assignment last week), but haven't been back on the Dis since. Guess we can wait a bit and go from there. I need to get stuff ordered, so I am going to go on the assumption that they are going to participate. Hopefully they'll get back to Chicogirl soon.

My DW and myself are doing the 4x4 in Cabo while my DS and DD are doing the zip-lining. My DS and I are doing the Mexican cooking in PV while my DD and DW are cruising the streets. All booked through Disney.

My friend and I are not getting off the ship with our kids. She did, however, book the scuba diving excursion through DCL in PV (at least I think it was PV!) for her Dh. He is a little hesitant going by himself though. I think he has watched too many Dateline stories where the diver got left behind! LOL I told my friend we'll start questioning where her Dh is at before the ship pulls away from port!

Our "kids" are both over 21 so I don't have any issues with them roaming around Mexico.
