Two yrs ago used the $300 gift card general public offer and last yr got a free QSDP PIN. not sure if this is enough to book or wait for something better. I got a 10%off PIN for the same dates last December but that was definitely not enough. Any thoughts?

Well, if you are planning to go during that time, it's a sure discount. You could always switch later if a better deal comes along. That's what I'm doing. I booked my rooms for November with a room only discount. If something comes along that will save me more money, I'll call and switch to that.
