Nov 10, 2014- Dream is alive - 2 days in Paradise and a Day at Sea

They haven't released the schedule yet. You should be able to see it on your reservation, under daily activities. They will list any special events, like pirate night, formal night, etc. on that schedule. In the past, some people have called DCL to find out which activities will be on which days, but I think it would even be too soon for that for this cruise. Maybe around the six month mark?

The daily schedule for our May cruise isn't out yet either, nor or are the port adventures, but people have called to get some more details (Pixar party instead of pirates, formal night, etc.). Full details aren't set until the first booking window, for Platinum/Concierge, at 120 days before sailing. Available movies (shown in the Buena Vista Theatre) aren't usually available until two weeks before sailing.

Hi, we are on this cruise and it will be our first. We were originally booked on a 5nt on the Magic from Miami, but then they changed the schedule so we moved to this cruise. Really looking forward to it and hoping to convert DH to cruising as hoping to book a much longer Transatlantic/repositioning cruise in the future.

We would like to join the FE list too, so will find the FB group and ask to join it.

There will be myself, husband and our 3 children (aged 3yrs, 5yrs and 9yrs when we sail). We will have a fair bit of time in WDW and Florida before and after the cruise too.

Hi everyone! I haven't moved my dummy date yet, but am 90% sure this will the one! Hubby and I are planning to leave the kids at home, run the Wine and Dine half marathon, and then enjoy a relaxing cruise! I look forward to getting to know you all! I'll join the Facebook page and most likely be more active there, but will check in here often as well!

Good Morning fellow cruisers. DH & I will be on this cruise also. We booked onboard back in Sept, and were considering moving this to another date. But we decided yesterday to keep it!
This will be cruise #9 for us. Our count so far is 1 on the Magic, 2 on the Wonder, 4 on the Dream and 1 on the Fantasy. DH loves Castaway so he'll be in heaven on this one. Can't wait. Let the planning begin :cool1:

Have any of you cruised this same time of year before? We usually go around February and the water is typically too cold for us to really enjoy Castaway Cay. Opposite of most people I almost didn't book this cruise because of the double dip! This might be my only time to check out Serenity Bay though so we are booked!

We've been to Castaway Cay in January before and found the water a little cool to get into but comfortable once we were in and moving around. Granted, we're from way up North (Canada), but we weren't the only ones in the water - lots of people were swimming and snorkelling alongside us, especially as the temperatures rose in midday. The water temperature felt a lot like going to an indoor swimming pool: in the morning it was closer to the lane pool temperature but by midday it was the regular pool temperature.

Plus, there's lots to do on the island without getting in the water: characters, cycling, hiking, laying on the beach, making sand castles, playing games, CC5K, lunch, etc. You could even use the kayaks or other water rentals without getting too wet and/or cold.

This will be our 4th November cruise and we've had pretty good weather each time. Last year we had 1 slightly windy/chilly day but we were able to swim and snorkel at Castaway Cay with no problem. The water wasn't super warm but it was tolerable and there was quite a bit of sun.

This will be my 4th Disney Cruise and my husband's third. We will be celebrating our 2nd Anniversary! The last time we went on a four day cruise we were part of an FE group and loved it!

We are coming back too! Last cruise was so much fun even though I only met two people from the group. LOL! We loved the FE exchange and cannot wait to do it again!
There are 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids ages 9 and 7)!

I booked this cruise last night! Hooray!

It will be the first cruise ever for myself, my husband, and our two daughters (9 and 10)! We are coming in from Western South Dakota for this trip, and we are looking forward to watching our girls see beaches and an ocean in person for the very first time! The girls don't know yet that we're going on a cruise, but they know that it is one of my "dream" vacations and they desperately want to go on one. I think we will tell them on our way to the port from the hotel. :)

We want to do the FE group, but I don't do facebook. Can we get on this list and participate in the cruise-y fun?

Okay, I broke down and set up a Facebook account to that I could send a join request to this group. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

We booked this cruise last week! This our first cruise ever and I have always considered myself "not a cruise person". However after many of my friends have raved about their Disney cruises we decided to give it a shot!
We have two girls (10 & 5) and as of yet they do not
Know about our vacation!
We are going to do 3 days at WDW prior to boarding the ship.
Can someone fill me in on the FE thing?

Hi! I don't have the FE info... I'm trying to get that, too. But I wanted to say "Hi" from another first-time-cruise family with two girls (will be 9 and 10) who don't yet know they're going! It's soooo hard not to talk about it with them right now!

Looking forward to getting to know everyone! :)
