Our favourite photo of the week. We had a really fantastic time with wonderful weather. Will put a trippie together in a few days' time.

The photo was taken near Colonel Hathi's Pizza Outpost Caroline, we've quite often seen characters appear around there but there are no prganised queues and it can be pretty difficult to get a decent photo, but we were lucky to meet characters in the same spot twice.

Had the bestest time! Weather was nice, sunny a lot of the time, a bit chilly at times but sooooo much better than last year in mid-December and we weren't wearing loads of layers either!

Loved the Sequoia Lodge, because of the date we arrived we got a free hotel upgrade - only paid for the Cheyenne. When we got there we decided we'd ask for a Montana room and pay the difference as we wanted to be in the main building, but we got the room upgrade for free (no Lakeside view though!!!) which was great!

Parks very quiet which suited us down to the ground!

Loads more details to come but don't want to ruin the trippie!
