You should call, it has to be on record they gave you 50% off that night which proves you did complain at the time but on further considersation you feel that it needs to be reported as the CM's did not handle it correctly. They should have on record who the CM's were at that time. They could have offered another resort for that night if they didn't have another room. There is absolutely no excuse for this.
WDW resorts charge such high rates the very least that I absolutely will demand is a clean room. It is a darn shame anyone has to fight for the one thing that should never come in question.
