Not ROFR thread - general discussion

It never really happened last fall. With the political issues im amazed we have not seen more contracts
Without delving into politics (because there is the controversial topics board for that), the jobs numbers looked decent this morning. The tariffs just went into effect. I don't think the typical DVC owner is feeling much pain yet, unless they work for the government, government contractor, or a non-profit. I know in my day to day, I haven't (yet!)

I’ve had lots of uncertainty and threats of tariffs that were walked back, but no personal pain yet, thankfully.

I knew that DVCresalemarket.com posted its monthly price averages (https://www.dvcresalemarket.com/blog/dvc-resale-average-sales-prices-for-march-2025/ )

But I did not know that www.fidelityrealestate.com also posted its own monthly averages for sales, broken down by contract size. And I think these averages are far, far more helpful... https://www.fidelityrealestate.com/blog/april-2025-average-dvc-resale-price-per-point/

I believe that both are averages from each broker--not industry wide.

Aggregates from three brokers. The two above and https://www.dvcstore.com/ but I can’t find their published numbers easily

Also I assume the volume go in order of DVCRM, Fidelity, Store

EDIT: Nevermind, just read it again, they track the listing price, not actually sold prices

I think this is DVCstore.com 's sold prices, but unlike fidelityrealestate.com and dvcresalemarket.com they don't post a new post with the last month's prices every month:
