Not quite 1 year members with an add on

Well we didn't even make it a year before we wanted to add-on. Our original contract at VWL was 230 pts, and we just added another 150 pts there as well. I think I have found the disadvantage to living this close.

Just wanted to know that we have you beat as far as an add on is concerned. We became DVC members in Nov 2001 with 300 points at HH and just recently added 160 points at OKW. It's addicting! Now we just need to get time off work so that we can visit the resorts. However, that has to wait until June, 2002.

We joined DVC in 99, and thought 230 was enough....we are now at 350 pts...........have added on twice................and probably will do one more...................down the road...............

Boy am I glad to hear I'm not alone. Sad thing is I know we are not done adding on. Waiting on BCV for the next one.

Hi everyone,

We visited the DVC at the BWV in Sep 2000 and then went home to Scotland to think about it. We decided in a drunken state to buy in late Dec 00 for 222 points after a few bottles of wine, then having realised that we had bought the wrong amount of points we later added on a further 28 points before our 1st trip home. It now turns out that I still did not buy the correct amount we need for a Studio at VWL due to an addition error due to me suffering from dyslexia. I should have bought a further 18.

I first bought in to VWL in November 2000 (closed in January 2001) and have added on TWICE since then! I think I am done for now...we'll see once BCV comes online!

We bought at HH back in 96 think we would go to WDW one year and HH the next. Wrong.So we add on and extra 100 pts. That help but the more we went the more we want to go So in 2000 we bought points at BW and were pretty happy. Then they built WLV and we really loved them so we bought there also. We decide that we had to go even more often so we add a extra 100 at WL also. We now have 850 pts and I tell people I now commute to FL. We are really addicted and love it.

We bought 200 points at BWV in August 2000. We came home from our trip, thought about it, and called right back to add-on another 100 points. Lat August, right around our "1 year anniversary", we decided to add on to HH with another 100 points. We are probably done adding on, but I still think how nice it would be to add just a few more at HH! The sad thing is, I haven't even been to HH yet! We will be making our first visit there next month for a few days. I see how this can be addicting!

We closed on 200 points at the VWL in January 2001. In early July we added 70 more. Before we had even made a DVC trip!
