Not Loving MDE

Long story short, DH logged into MDE yesterday and our FPs were messed up. He was only showing DS. So I log in to my account and I'm only showing DH and myself. A few days ago everthing was fine. I called Disney and now DH is showing our FPs on his account but DS still won't show up on mine. I get a big spill on why DS isn't showing up and how they can't fix it, even though two days ago DS was showing up on my account. They can only fix it by sending another MB. :confused3 WTH? I guess I should be happy the FPs are still in the system, but I'm aggravated. If I'm expected to use MDE then I think Disney should have it working correctly. Now I'm worried about my FPs disappearing. I wish they did confirmation numbers like they have with ADRs.

I get that would be annoying.

To expect any system to be flawless though is probably going to end in you getting disappointed in the future.

What I expect is that if we are forced to use it, it ought to simply WORK.

And, by the way, I use many dozens of "systems" that actually work.

That is apparently too much to ask from a company that brings in billions of dollars annually, though.

When you called Disney, did they check to make sure that there was only one copy of each person? My account was screwed up because I had put my kids on my account and then my mom put my kids on her account, instead of just inviting to plan and share. That made 2 copies of each person, which made it so that people would show up one way on one account, but have nothing on the other account.

I don't know. The oddest thing to me is how a few days ago everything was showing up fine. All three fastpasses were showing up on both DH and my account then all of the sudden DS is no longer on my account and can't be put back on my account even though nothing was done by anyone to change anything. That's the frustrating (and a little scary) part for me. If I had been in there messing around and messed something up, well that's one thing. But no one has done anything to it and a person disappears. If we hadn't checked again, would our FPs have been there when we arrived :confused3 Who knows.

I understand this is new, I understand about glitches, I guess they have to happen to somebody but I guess everyone wants it to be someone else. :thumbsup2
