Not in the system??

yeah...that's what the CM told me on the phone earlier this week when I called to get a quote on a 2006 Holiday trip. WHAT?? We were just there in June 2005!! They have no record of us, does this mean that I will NEVER get a code?? What can I do?

I booked directly through Disneyworld.com and we haven't moved, I haven't gotten married nor am I going by an alias! I don't get it?? I want a code!!

When I called recently to change a reservation- the CM said, "well Mrs. so and so, it looks like you have been here more than your house lately! I see you've visited the Polynesian, The Wilderness Lodge and even the All star Movies". It was like I was talking to big brother. She even went on about the dates I was there and how large the parties were. I coyly said, "how do those discount codes work- I never seem to get one" and - get this- she said, "it doesn't seem like you need one!" I was floored! I didn't really say anything since I was speechless.

If you only book online then that is a different set of accounts than the Agent would be able to see over the phone. The two reservation systems are different and oftentimes the Agent cannot see bookings that were done online. The price is the same if you book over the phone, I would recommend booking over the phone at least once to get in the system.
