Thank you both! I will be MIA for awhile. We have to move out so the cleaning crew & the painters can come in. My landlord is putting me up in a trailer nearby, but I will have no cable or internet access, except on my blackberry. I will be back as soon as I can!

Hi everyone! Joni asked me to post a quick update for her and let everyone know that she got her new modem, but because of a bad storm her processor is fried. Therefore, she needs a new one. Unfortunately, that means she might not be on the DIS for a little while. Well, we have been back in our home for about 2 weeks now. I was waiting to get everything settled before doing an update. Wellll.....Wednesday before I was going to resume the Where is that At game, we had a very bad thunderstom, lightening hit my modem. Fried it. After waiting for 3 days to get someone her to swap it out & lots of runaround from Comcast, I get my new modem, only to realize that the lightening traveled down to my processor.....yep.....you guessed it. Fried it. We had a laptop, but the wire to plug it in was broken. 2 computers, neither one worked. The only way I could get online was with my blackberry & lets just say, that's not the best way to check anything but facebook!!! Then along with the dryer, we have to replace the washer. And then our stove went out. (Luckily that belongs to the landlord, so he has to replace that one!) It was just one thing after another!

Thank you Joni for being there for me!!!!! I love you girl!!!

And now on for the worst news. Wednesday night (what is it with Wednesdays?) my cousin was in a very serious car accident. She is my 1st cousin, but more like my little sister & Koby's godmother. I got a text from her sister saying to pray for her, she was in a car accident & not waking up! A few hours later the text I get is "Nicole is on life support." OMG!!!!! She is 23 years old. She is in a coma, on life support. They had to drill a hole in her skull to help relieve pressure in her brain. They gave her paralyzing meds this weekend to get her pressure down to 6-12. Last night it got up to 30. Today it got down to 12. We are hoping & praying it goes down more & stays down. If it doesn't go down, they will have to crack her head open. I am hoping to be back next Friday with the game!!!!!!! I have missed you all sooooooooooooo much!!!!!!

Well, I am late, but better late than never right?

We went trick or treating by our church & that area. The first 2 streets we went down had a total of 3 people handing out candy. I am not joking. Even the boys said this sucked. But once we crossed the street, we hit the jackpot! Everyone had a good time & Shelby loved the "pop" (lollipop)! She was sooo sticky!!!

First of all, I want to wish everyone of you a very Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow! We will be extremely busy going visit family.

199 Days until Disney!!! Yay!!!! After this past month, we have so earned this Disney trip!

I have been crazy busy trying to deal with kids this past week! Last Friday, November 19th was my birthday. I am now 30. I have been dreading this birthday, but so far 30 isn't so bad after all! November 16th was my mom's birthday. She would have been 50. That day was hard to deal with so I just laid low. I have lost a dear friend (who I have mentioned on here with the suicide attempts). Our friendship is over. The day before my birthday. After tons of tears, I have decided that it was for the best. It was a huge long drama story, and I just don't need or want the extra drama in my life. I guess that is what I get for sticking my heart out there.

Our new washer & dryer FINALLY got delivered today!!!! After over a month since the fire, I can do laundry. And lord have mercy do I have some laundry to do!!!!

Monday school starts back up & I can not wait! The boys are great helps with Shelby, if only they wouldn't fight so much!!!! I hope now that things will have settled down & I can get back to my life, I can keep up more with the updating!

Update on my cousin: They got her off the paralizying meds & they are weaning her off the sedation meds. They are trying to get her to do commands like making her squeeze his hand & by pinching her neck muscle cause it hurts & she responds to pain. He moved her up in the bed & she opened her eyes. It was a blank stare, but she stayed like that & blinked her eyes fro above a minute. Which is amazing. Her cat scan showed improvement from the last one too. This is great news!!!!
