lets see, she has made articulated teddybears, handpainted doll faces on cloth dolls, made handpainted christmas ornaments, handpainted scenes on wood lamp bases, makes quilts, knits sweaters, has several sewing machines, one is computer controlled to embroidery from any design she inputs, (yes I have pirate stuff on my jammies) has made fimo clay jewlery, has made a number of outfits that she has entered in national fashion contests, and now is into scrapbooking and is exchanging handmade postcards with people all over the world.

she took over a spare bedroom, and it is rather full of all kinds of artsy stuff that I would rather not know about!!

Some things are better left to the professionals. That is why I have a tailor/seamstress. And Snap, just for you, I"m going to make you a homemade card next year. Just remember -- you asked for it! Maybe, if you're really nice, I'll even make you a Hand Turkey card for Thanksgiving. How's that for personal?

I'd like to see someone put that snuggie pig on a barbeque and roast it cuz I think roasted provides the best tasting swine.

I think we should start a collection next year to see how many handmade cards we can get sent to Snap. If PK can drag out her crafting supplies to make one, I know I can too. I definitely have leftover Christmas doo-dads from doing my son's first 18 years of Christmas scrapbook.

I'm off to wash my eyeballs. Have to remove the image of GP's pirate pj's and crocs.

My son has pirate pics embroidered on shirts (care of Nanny) and crocs. Thankfully, he doesn't drink rum. At least, not that I'm aware of.
