Not a happy camper *new info

I didn't mean to sound owed anything in my post - just venting - Sorry if I have offended anyone - it was not my intetion - sometimes how things come across on the boards well doeasn't translate well.


I now have a ? though - so with our DVC ressie # we CAN book all our ADR's and attempt a cruise from the first day of our stay for the entire vacation?



Again I was Just venting I got it off my chest and its done.

I'm really sorry to hear that you had a problem at any piont in trying to book or enjoy your vacation. It's important to remember that 1. Problems happen, they just do. Things don't always go smoothly. 2. Because it's Disney, you should expect that it will ALWAYS go smoothly, that's what we want. 3. Most important, we all bought DVC because we trust that Disney will give us what we expect. Allow Disney to make this right before you do anything like cancel your DVC. In my experience from the inside, Disney will bend over backward to make things right for you.

Call MS first thing when they open. Even without your confirmation number and I don't understand your comment about one number being off :confused3, and make sure you have a reservation.

I was able to book my ADRs without having my confirmation number, they were able to find me by name, address and home phone number.

So definitely call MS first thing and make sure everything is ok.
 
I thought 90+10 was only for ADRs - I didn't think that cruises were included (nor tours)
 
I continue to be appalled at the pathetic computer technology that Disney thinks is acceptable. For a company that has earned its ears by proclaiming quality, it makes no sense that Disney refuses to deal with their third rate technology.

I think you are correct. Since it's not even the same number that you call for these cruises. It's 90 days out from the day you want to book the cruise.
 
Actually, I booked a cruise using 90+10 and last year I booked one using 180+10.

That is not correct, currently anyway. If you are staying on-site you have the 90+10 option for ADR's and all actvities as well. I found this out a couple weeks back when calling for ADR's and we were able to book a couple of activities, including an Illuminations cruise during the entire length of stay. I wasnt aware we could do this (for activities) unitl we called for our ADR's.

To all other posters thank you all for your insight and information - Again I usually NEVER EVER complain or nit pick in regards to a vacation - I am not a person who'll check in and whine because there was a spot on the window or a draw pull was lose or one knife is missing etc.;)


I was ONLY upset because if the WDW system could not find a ressie ANYWHERE on property for my dates(they found me with my phone# just no resssie) and plane fare and tickets etc already paid for I got alittle nervous:scared:

I am sorry again if this has stirred the beehive as it was NEVER my intention - I LOVE WDW I LOVE DVC - but its been a tough year for my family and I guess I am just alittle on edge and excited about our upcoming trip
