Northface Denali Thermal Jacket Girls XL

How does the sizing run? My DD is 10 in shirt size she wears a 16 size shirt at Justice. We tried on the womens size at our local store. The small fit ok. The medium fit a little big. She would be able to wear it longer and she would have room to wear a sweatshirt underneath. Is this needed with a Denali reg. fleece? Would a girls XL fit her? Help I'm clueless on what size to get.

i would say that an xl girls runs similar to a small womens (the cut on the woman's is a little slimmer cut). My DD is currently wearing a large and it fits me (i wear a 4 in shirts for women).

Thanks! That makes alot of sense and helps alot.

We tried on a small (womans) it was a little snug in the torso. So an xl would be similar to a womans med.
