Liz & Camilo, you are driving me nutz with the weather reports, LOL it's 16 here this morn, at least the wind is not blowing.

Enjoy your warm day even if it might rain, the rain turned white here.

I like Liz's reports... maybe it the Medication that i have not gone nuts yet..

Good morning, everyone! :wave2:

It's a cold, grey day here in South London and thoughts of sunnier weather are definitely uppermost in my mind! Unfortunately, it's not me but DH  who's off to South Africa tomorrow, where it's a warm and pleasant 79 rather than the chilly 50 we're experiencing!!! OK it's a business rather than a pleasure trip but I still know where I'd like to be... ;)

However, I'm not going to dwell but concentrate on cleaning and tidying the conservatory so it's ready to receive the Christmas tree in a couple of weeks... :santa:

Cold here! WHY are you up so early???

Good Morning Cruisers!

It is sunny and cold here, no wind though! Currently 34 degrees, so not even that cold! Yesterday turned out to be very nice, got up to about 40 degrees, and very light wind. (For those of you who know us, you will also know that no or light wind is very unusual for Cheyenne - the normal wind speed is 15-25 mph.)

Good news on the cat 2! We never been higher than a cat 5. This will be our 1st time in an inside cabin. At least the dgs won't be able to argue that it's not bedtime because its still light outside.:rotfl2:

This will also be our first time in an inside room - no I take that back, we are going on a B2B next August and we moved to an inside room to afford the B2B, but this is the first one we booked. We will be lucky enough on this one to be in a "secret porthole" room - so I guess we will still see the light at all hours of the night!

Have a great day everyone!

Morning! Since we're doing weather reports...we are having a spell of warmish weather, mid to low 80's all this week (currently 63). I'm meeting a friend from 5th grade for lunch today and we'll be dining OUTSIDE......:cool1:

;) Was about 65 in Boston, just a loverly day...

Today we have your wind and a bit coooler...;)

Lynn - We had a SP room on the TA and loved it! There was very little that blocked our view. I know that we had 5020 and that is suppose to be the best view. We are holding 5022 for this trip hoping that 5024 comes available as we need adjoining rooms.

On the weather front, it is 2 degrees celcius here (about 35 Fahrenheit). It rained all day yesterday, which turned to snow around supper. This morning cold heavy wet snow .. Yuck!

As long as the schedule permits, my brother might join us for the trip. That would be great as he is alot of fun to travel with.

It's in the 40's here today and sunny right now after an overcast morning. Just came in from outside and my face is a little numb but starting to regain feeling. I do not like cold weather at all.

Just wanted to pay my weekly visit!
Weather- for those talking about cold and wind and SNOW! I'm here in AZ and:rolleyes1 I cant even enjoy my hot chocolate from Starbucks yet!:goodvibes

Christmas Cards?! I asked my Dh if we were all on the same planet and he told me with as much as we have planned it probably wouldnt be a bad idea to get envelopes and get them all addressed and set to go! And he's right.
So I was laughing at you guys and now I'm applauding you! Will start that tonight!
I want to wait to get the photo tho. My son is a big guy and he got the role of Santa in our youth theater production of "The Christmas Story" (the kid and the bb gun!).

So anyways, everyone have a great week and will talk to ya next week!
:hippie:

Good morning all....and a happy Monday!

Its pretty cold here just north of London. A very crisp frost on the ground this morning, much to my dogs dislike! Oh well two weeks and I will be heading off for some Florida sunshine! :cool1:

Todays task is too wallpaper and finish decorating our spare bedroom.

Hope you all have a good week. :goodvibes

Good Morning Cruisers!

We had a beautiful weekend, sunny, warming up, and NO WIND! This week looks like it is going to be nice also - warming into the 60's -70's by tomorrow, then cooling again, but highs are forecast for 50's Wed. Should be sunny, hope the wind stays light! For those of you east of us, this weather is headed in your direction!

We are across the ship from you in 5522!

We're supposed to have a low of 29 tonight. Coldest so far I think.

Lots to do right now. Got a week and a half at work before I leave on vacation and lots to do there. Thanksgiving is at our house. Gotta pack somewhere in there. Christmas shopping...Too much to do and so little time.:lmao:

It's chilly here today - but then it is mid-November so what did I expect..? ;) Had a Uni visit to a local magistrates court today to see the law in action - very interesting tho' the ancient oak seating was more than a little uncomfortable... Writing up my notes now and then it's off to the gym for a session with a personal trainer - I think I'm going to be in trouble as I had a very unrestrained weekend featuring chips, a Big Mac, fries, chocolate biscuits... :scared: :sad2: :scared:

Mmmm, anyway, I'll be back later to study for tomorrow's Criminology theory seminar - I'm just such a good student!!! :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2:

Bye for now...

Karen what degree are you studying for?

Claire ;)

Karen what degree are you studying for?

Claire ;)

I've just started a BSc in Criminology and Criminal Psychology, Claire... I'm a seriously mature student and it's tougher than I'd anticipated but I've wanted to do this course for 3 long years (I was turned down twice) so I'm also loving it... :goodvibes
