Why would visitors to Copenhagen want to see a Chinese reinterpretation of the Little mermaid? Why would China want to see the real thing in their country?
We hope!!!![]()

Are you watching the game at the moment? I hadn't thought about the timing of the World Cup - I don't think my DH has twigged either...

Yes that dawned on me too Claire - but I am not telling hubby as he won't go if he realises before I book it on Tuesday!!!![]()
Much as I love footie, I think I'll be keeping this under my England bobble hat. Don't want my DH to have the stress of knowing what he's missing...Plus I'm sure it'll be featured on onboard TV...

Yes easily on tv, we even watched a 2006 World Cup game when in the Grand Canyon![]()

We watched loads of the Olympics this August in our stateroom on the Mexican Riviera cruise - as well some European soccer! Plus they might show games in Diversions or whatever the onboard sports bar is called... And now I'm zipping it in case Lee is lurking!!!![]()

Kev just called member services and OUCH not only is this cruise a lot of points (which we expected) but we were just informed that if we book one person with points we have to pay the other person up front? WTH? Normally that wouldn't be a problem but we are going into winter and our job depends on the weather so we stock pile to be safe. We have a lot of thinking to do before plunking cash for one half of this cruise in full. Does anyone else think its screwy that DVC member have to pay in FULL at time of booking when you have until so many days prior to book normally? Anyone?
This is making my head hurt. I just wrap my brain around this policy. We may be doing something different in 2010 unfortunatly. I was really excited about this one too.

I'm Monica (will be celebrating my 40thon this cruise) - hopefully travelling along w/ dear friends Jackie & Connie (having a slumber party to save $)
Met many of the lovely cruisers here on the WB PC cruise in May 2008.
Will be meeting more on the 9/12/09 EB with Tortola.
I borrowed this from someone on the WB PC cruise - don't remember who posted it, but I figured it was a good new life motto![]()
Thanks, I'm bumming about it. If it was springtime and the birds were chirping and the sun was shining I could justify it but its already snowing so we just can't tap into that winter fund. It wouldn't be very responsible. DVC needs to change that policy. Its dumb.
