This is our first time doing the FE exchanges and secret mickey's and I have some questions:
1. Do you put your name/room number on your FE gifts before you pass them out?
2. Do you wrap your Secret Mickey gifts? I am assuming that you put a tag on it saying To:XXXX From: your secret Mickey.

Thanks for asking this .... afraid I too am clueless as its our first time participating but I have received some very detailed advice. I think with regards to your FE gift its entirely up to you. We've just ordered part of ours and it has got my username real small on it .... hope they arrive in time now! Not sure about wrapping the gift ..... I would think that was a nice thing to do

You can put your name or not on the fe gift. Anything goes!

If you want to wrap the sm gift then do. I probably will not but will have a tag attached.

The cost is strictly a personal choice. It's not meant to cost people a lot so do what you feel is right for you. I think it's the thought that counts! I do gifts for the stateroom but try and include a little something for the younger kids.

What I really am working on, though, is a set of fact sheets for my daughters about each country and city, so they can learn a little about each place and its history before we get there, and they will have some things in mind to look for. So far, I've done through Germany, so I have quite a bit left. If anyone's interested, I'll share it when I'm done. It'll definitely be targeted to the 6-8 year old girl audience, but let me know if you want a copy anyway.

I would love a copy of your fact sheets. It is very nice of you to share. Your planning looks good. We are planning DIY except St.P and Berlin. I hope that you get the excursions you still holding out for.

I would love to get a copy of your fact sheets to share with my daughter.
That is a great idea! I am trying to get her interested in the touring aspect of the cruise but she is not very interested in Rick Steves videos.

We just made sheets for our kids to fill in for each country. I was really hoping to do about a country a week and study all we needed to know. But life, homework and practices have been in the way of all our good intentions.

I was at target yesterday; there were a few Disney dry erase boards in the dollar section if anyone needs one for a stateroom door. Wish I could have bought one; we don't do much princess in our house.

As others have mentioned, wrapping is an personal choice, but I recommend a tag, as some cabins have more than one participant!

Anyone ever used Bath & Body Works Scent Egg? I got one for Mother's Day and love it. I'm thinking of bringing it with me to freshen up the room. Any one else bring one of this?

Love the idea of facts sheets for the kids, could I also get a copy bigAWL? Not sure if any of you have kids (or yourselves) who like Harry Potter, but there is a great walking tour at this site:

It points out various locations used in the movies, as well as lots of other London highlights. There is a Treasure Hunt included, and you end up at Platform 9 and 3/4 - my daughter is more excited about that than the cruise!

Two questions:
1). FE gifts almost done, but I have to make our actual FE. What dimensions should I use for a 3 pocket one?
2). I read somewhere to bring a travel coffee mug, will I really need one, or is that taking up valuable space in my suitcase?

I'd love a copy of the fact sheets too! Hope the uploading works out ok. More for me than my three year old but I operate on a similar level lol.

With regards to the travel mug I am repeating others wisdom here but I'm thinking I will get one on board as a souvenier. Perhaps at Cove Cafe?

And the fish extender dimensions ..... I have no more than 8 inches wide in mind as what is recommended? I'm just making a one pocket ones as I'm not that nifty with the machine. I took all afternoon on tryingt o sew one neat straight line and showed dh who said .... well it looks nice and homemade!!!!

Ok, it looks like the site has been host to viruses, but I imagine that is because whoever uploaded the files uploaded the virus-infected files. I'm somewhat confident my file is virus free.
