Non stick cookware? THV experts????

Planning for our 3rd trip to the THV's and can't remember the answer to this question. Is there non stick cookware in the villa and is there the plastic pancake turner? I am looking at trying to make pancakes for breakfast and need to know!!! I didn't bother looking when we were there in January, as DH said that we didn't need to make that sort of a breakfast, but being there 10 nights, we will want more than bagels and donuts!!!

I know from looking at my picture of what is listed to be in the room at SSR, there is an 11 piece cookware set, but can't remember for the life of me what it looks like (can you tell I NEVER cook on vacation!!!)

There should be a nonstick fry pan and a spatula. If you're lacking either you can just call housekeeping and they'll bring it to you.

Thanks, I knew that there was a smaller spatula, but didn't think there was a bigger pancake turner. I think I will just bring mine from home, and wing it with the nonstick fry pan they provide!

The pancake turners are definitely at SSR and OKW, but don't plan on making pancakes at AKV unless you bring your own turner. Twice I asked for one, and both times I received a fat skimmer! No way you can turn pancakes with something curved like that! We now have an extra turner in our Owner's Locker for those AKV trips!

That's hilarious! But I'm sure you were pretty peeved at the time!!!Good to know that.

We rarely cook in the room. We usually get the dining plan because we like to do one sit down a day, so breakfast is in the room. I'm just thinking, how many bagels and donuts can we have. I was thinking about making pancakes (just add water already in the plastic container), eggs, and (precooked) bacon to heat up in the microwave. We bring our own icecube trays, so it won't kill me to bring my favorite pancake turner from home! I just hate to bring the pan if I don't need to!
