Yeah, yeah, we know all about Downtown Disney. But we don't want to shop! We're 2 adults, leaving on Nov. 8th.

After checking out of our hotel, we have until about 4:00 before we have to leave for the airport. We don't want to go to a park. I have made reservations for breakfast at the Polynesian Resort. Then what can we do?

I would like to visit other hotels, but can anyone give me specific things to look for at each hotel? For example, we could go to the Wilderness Lodge and look at the geyser. We could also go drive around Fort Wilderness and look at the Halloween decorations.

Other free, perhaps even non-Disney ideas?

What's there to do between DisneyWorld and MCO?

Thanks.

what about taking the 9AM tour at Wildernes Lodge (inquire days before); Going to CR to have a picture taken at that famous ear thingie by the pool; Going to the Grand Floridian... enjoying the picturesque landscape and maybe check the wedding chappel and have some pictures taken...

thats all I can think of i in the vicinity unless you plan to venture out to the Boardwalk... but then you might be pressed for time if your like me who walks slow :(

I could suggest seeing the Gaylord Palms Resort. Great atrium - three acres under a glass roof. They have a Spanish Fort, Everglades, and Key West areas to view. A great place to have a buffet lunch.
