I need Help, please! I am not sure what to do. I was going to extend our tickets to a 10 day pass with non expiring option to use next trip. My problem is that my oldest is 8 y.o. so, when returning he will be considered an adult. Since I would be purchasing his ticket now when he is 8, would there be a problem using the ticket for him when he is 9 or 10? If I buy the passes now, I would pay $460 now vs. $840 later with no ticket price increase. I am hoping someone would know the answer. TIA. Chris.

We're in the same boat, so here's a bump.

We chose to buy a child ticket, anticipating that we could "buy up" when/if necessary.

As long as the child USES the pass while he's still a child, it's not a problem to keep using the pass once he's 10 and/or older.

So if he'll be 9 on your next trip it REALLY wouldn't be an issue since 10 is considered an adult by Disney admission standards.

But like I said, as long as he uses the pass, when he DOES turn 10, you can take the pass and your son to Guest Relations and ask for a free conversion to an adult pass.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll upgrade to a 10 day pass and have our tickets paid for when we go back.
Thanks so much! Chris.
