Noisy Room List

Does anyone know where I can check out a noisy room list?
I saw the one on DCLtribute site, but I thought there was another one somewhere, but I can't remember where I saw it.

I would do a search - but it is turned off!

Also - does anyone know where I can get a used passporter? I looked on Ebay - but there was nothing. Has anyone see one on Ebay before?
I need one for my inlaws.
