I just watched Twilight again. This is the 2nd time I've seen it. I want to like it but I just don't. No one is as I pictured them in the book other than the red-head, Victoria? And I'm sorry but Edward Cullen just isn't cute in this movie! Now the recent pictures of him shirtless? But in the movie? Meh.

Where is the sunshine???

You shock me, C! There are certain parts in that movie where he just melts me. Like when Bella tells him to put on his seatbelt and he scoffs. Sigh. I should watch that again today. I'm currently watching 27 Dresses.

I don't know if I will update or not...I'm tempted too because I am bored.

How funny. I just watched 27 Dresses last weekend! This crappy weather is giving me lots of movie time! He just doesn't "do it" for me. I don't think I remember the seatbelt scene.

I think I may watch The Wedding Date next. Or maybe Under the Tuscan Sun.

I'm watching The Audrey Hepburn Story now with Jennifer Love Hewitt. I also just finished my book so it's basically been background. I want to watch more Grey's tonight too. I am so lazy this weekend, it's nice.

We'll see. It might be tomorrow. My coworker AND my boss are both out tomorrow so if I don't have tons of work I will be able to do one from work.

I really hope tomorrow at work isn't too crazy. When I'm by myself it's either super quiet and I'm bored or it's super busy and I want to pull out my hair.

I have to go wake up Marc so he won't be late for the "Celebration of his Father". *PUKE* MIL wanted to do a big celebration dinner for FIL which I think is ridiculous so poor Marc has to get up early and go over there before he goes to work overnight.

He should be sainted. It just really miffs me because when it comes to Marc or his brother they do practically nothing but every MIL/FIL birthday, anniversary or mother/father's day, we have to throw a parade in their honor.

A week home, and I am ready to escape from here! The kids and dogs are being particularly hyper tonight for some reason.

We had a lovely day today. The boys and I made Greg breakfast in bed and gave him his cards. We then got them dressed and went to have daddy and me pictures taken. They turned out great! Spent some time at the mall looking through the toy store and out for a late lunch. Daniel slept on the way home and now we are going out for ice cream.

Your response should be, "I am sure the party was wonderful. I hope Marc's dad enjoyed himself." That way you have responded but not once said "wish I had been there."

I wasn't actually stalking any weather, but as soon as you said that, I hopped on the Weather Channel. I hope you are all safe!

So when I last left you, I was headed out the door in search of ice cream...

Greg and the boys went out to the van, I soon followed. Usually Greg and I are really good about checking on the other having the keys - well, not today I shut the door behind me and promptly said "you have the keys right?"

We did a window check - all closed up tight!
We searched the garage for the key Greg thought was hidden in there - sill hidden!
I went to a neighbors who we think has a spare - nobody home
Then is started to RAIN!!!!
We have an cellar door that has a really lame cover to keep it weather protected so finally Greg went and ripped into it to go through the basement

Yeah...so much for a near perfect day. Although I have to say my boys were about as good today as they EVER have been including while Greg and I were trying to get into the house.

Oh yeah, we did finally get ice cream! (brownie batter blizzard - it was just OK)

And CP, we are safe, other than a couple brief downpours, we avoided all the serious weather. Tornadoes were reported just to our north and quite a bit to our southeast but the cells really developed after passing us.

D'oh Katie. Sorry about your keys. At least you were able to find a way into the house! And hurrah for the boys being so well behaved!!
