It's another boring day at work today. With the end of the semester, my responsibilities are few. the only major thing on my plate ahead of me is summer camps in July. they are all planned out, I just have a couple meetings and a few details to be ready. I'm not really sure what I am going to do to fill my time for the next 2 months. *SIGH* and I'm not getting paid in full this month because they gave me some of May's paycheck in August. I was just thinking this morning if only I could find cheap tickets to join Jen and LL in 2 weeks (it will never happen, but I love to dream)

I think I will call my sister in law and see if she wants to do lunch, I'm bored!

I'm bored too. I have almost zero work to do today.

I heard back from the doctor.

I do not have a heel spur. I am shocked about that because I really thought I did. She did say that I am showing mild signs of arthritis, which scares the carp out of me. She prescribed some pill with a fancy name for the swelling...which I won't be able to pick up until AFTER work. Sigh. Oh well. At least I have a prescription and hopefully the swelling will go down. Yay!

Oh no LL!!! I hope the prescription helps and that you will be feeling better! I'm so glad to hear the swelling will be going down!! 2 Weeks babe...2 weeks!!

C...the leaking from the turtle referred to the perservative that the turtle is stored in...and it stunk really bad LOL!

LL, cute bag! It looks big in the picture, how does it compare to others you have considered? The dimensions don't seem too big so maybe is just because it is modeled by a skinny manequin!

UGH! so a few weeks ago I talked to my 2 supervisors independently about something. I decided to follow the advice of one of them and it hasn't seemed to work out. Now my other supervisor tells me that I dropped the ball and he's not happy about it. I still could try to follow his original advice but it is getting quite late, I probably should have done it 2 or 3 weeks ago to make it effective. I like that my supervisors have taken the "get it done, let us know if you need something" approach but now it comes down to if something goes wrong, I will get all the blame. UGH!!!!

Which bag color are you thinking? Of course you need to be able to carry stuff (I just can't imagine those who say they go without a bag ) but you definitely don't want to be a pack mule!!

the school district is currently in a hiring freeze because they have to work out retirements/pink slips/transfers etc. Greg has been guaranteed they will hire another science teacher so I guess it doesn't make a difference to me. In fact, the longer they wait, the fewer well qualified candidates will be in the pool. But yes, I intend to move in that direction next year. There has been no indication if my job here will even continue. I was funded by a grant with the intention that my supervisors could show the need for the position and have the university pick it up. HOWEVER, with budget cuts coming down from the state, I don't know that it will happen.

I'm stressed! My SIL just called and is coming to pick me up for lunch, I'm not even hungry now.

Okay, Megan would be in heaven in a Toy Story room......does anyone know how the Movies compare to Music?

Hey MM, we've stayed at Sports and Music before. Dbf and I loved both, but realized that Music is in the middle of the bus loop, Sports is 1st and Movies are last. I didn't see really any difference in the room, pools or food that was served, just slight differences in some of the lunch/dinner options..but the biggest difference was the bus. Since Movies is 3rd in the line up, they get picked up last and dropped off last. Music is 2nd and Sports gets picked up first and dropped off first. So, I guess if you decided to go during a more crowded time, since they share the bus system, you may have to wait a little longer for the buses in the morning and wait a little longer at night to be dropped off if you pick Movies. That's why I think a lot of people choose Pop over the All Star Resorts is that Pop has it's own bus system

So..... Jim and I might've found a house we will buy. I loved that house from last week's open house, of course, however, there is one out in the country by us and it's foreclosed and rediculously low. I really want to see it and w/the extremely low mortgage and property tax on it, we'd be able to be debt-free in a few years and add on!!! So... wish me luck with that one.

Yesterday was SOOO busy. And tommorow is also going to be SOOO busy. OTTV.

I choose to believe that our tickers are just as excited as we are and are attempting to make time fly faster LOL That or they are on like Middle East time or something LOL!!!!! Either way I'm cool with it...maybe our last day is actually day 0 LOL!!

See, I am the opposite, the little ones grate on my nerves very quickly. An hour with Patrick in his 2nd grade class is enough for me. I volunteered to be a chaperone on a field trip in a couple weeks, that will be interesting!

Oh I'm with Katie on this one...I can't do the little kids! I did them for 4 years in child care and that was enough for me. I love my teenagers and will gladly keep them. But that is the wonderful thing, if we all loved teenagers we wouldn't have any great elementary school teachers LOL...but yeah elementary school is not my cup of tea LOL
