I've thought about taking a solo trip, but I don't even like to go to the grocery store by myself..LOL When we drive it usually takes about 14 hours..I am looking forward to seeing the rest of yours plans and then the trip reports.

Still here Kathy (pouting about not being able to go in May). That's an early pick up but it's all a good tradeoff for getting to do F&G and seeing your sis (and her hubs)

I just figured out that I will be off work the same week you are on your vacation. I took off cuz that will be Taylor's last week before he leaves for basic training and I wanted to be able to help him get ready and stuff. Too bad we can't pop down to WDW for a mom/son trip- Ron and Jared would be soooo jealous!

Hope your trip is a blast and your Mother's Day breakfast is a great way to bring you back to the real world!

Well since we don't do ME, we don't have a pickup at 4:30 am, but our flight is at 6:30 that same morning, so I'm guessing we'll be leaving Disney property around 4 as well...not looking forward to it, but it will be nice to get home early on Sunday and still have the whole day!

Plans for DHS sound great! I'm trying to squeeze in a Mama Melrose ADR somewhere, I need to eat at one Italian restaurant while I'm there, but I have no room for anything!

I almost wish they would get FP+ for the Animation Class, it's getting way too popular now and I'm not waiting an hour to draw.

Just read some great news. Disney is banning selfie-sticks on all attractions at Disney World!

I'm am SO Happy about this! Now if they would only be banned from the parks for good!

Hello! Let me just say I've been skimming - Please don't flame me! I was reading last night, but I just get sleepy and further behind every time I try to read - not the writing or the company - I promise! I did see you had a great trip to PHX, and your boss is leaving I love my bosses, too. I planned a trip one of them is on now, and they gave me a $300 gift card to use on ours! Last Fall when my dad was sick, the other boss's hubby gave me his air miles to fly home first class. It makes going to work so much easier when you work for good people.

Anyway, I was planning to start a PTR, but not sure how far I'll get - we are pretty busy and I only have 16 days left - still some planning and all of the packing left to do. Looks like we will be at Epcot on the same day, too. My days are:

May 3 - MK
May 4 - AK
May 5 - Resort/DTD?
May 6 - Epcot
May 7 - BB
May 8 - DHS
May 9 - Leaving

First, I apologize for not doing responses sooner. I have had a headache since last Wednesday and this weekend I thought I was going to die or kill someone as the pain was so bad. I went to the doctor this morning and I have a sinus infection. She gave me an antibiotic so hope to be feeling much better really soon...and at least by Friday as the kids are coming to visit and we have a lot of plans.

Tammie, I've worked for my "main" guy for 40 years. He is the best boss ever. The one who left was 33 or 34 and a sweetheart. I have one more I work for who just annoys me.

So my trip is in just 18 days...I can't believe it. I have my ME tag, my Magic Band and my list of what to pack all set. I don't know how this trip snuck up on me. I think with having been sick for a week I just put it out of my mind. My luggage is in my closet ready to be packed which will probably be done the night before I leave. Mark and Alisha are coming for the weekend. We are going to dinner with Andy and Des on Friday night after they get here; Saturday, we will be at a wrestling tournament the entire day and then Mark, Alisha, Mark and I are going to dinner with very good friends. Sunday, I scheduled a massage for Mark and Alisha and then Mark will go to lunch with his Dad while Alisha and I go shopping. The following (the weekend of April 25 and 26), Des and I are supposed to spend the day together on Saturday and then Sunday I will give the house a final cleaning. The day before I leave...Saturday, May 2, I have an appointment at 10:00 for my nails and then noon for my pedicure. I want to cook a few things for Mark so he's not eating fast food the whole time I am gone.

So I promised some must-do's besides the Fastpasses that we already have.

And for my friend, pkondz, you will be glad to know that there have been dining changes, plan changes, etc., but I am NOT going to reveal those until the TR.

Here are the must-do's I'd like to get in for our first two days (I'm doing two days so that I can add some pictures and not just my mouth going).

So on Sunday, the first thing I have to do after checking in at the resort, is get my AP when I arrive at the International Gateway. And then I have to go get my TIW card at guest Services. You already know we have FP+ for Spaceship Earth, Nemo and Soarin. I'd like to also get in:

On Monday, we are at the MK. We have Fastpasses already for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Buzz and Big Thunder. I'd like to get these three for sure in:

Definitely that cronut looks amazing. I've had a few knock-off versions at other places...but I imagine Disney does a good job of it! Sorry you have been sick but hopefully now on the mend before your busy weekend. You do have a lot planned...it will make the time before the trip fly by!! Just seeing those feet on one of my fave rides...just brings on a sense of relaxation and being in vacation mode....ahhhh
