Mine have seemed to get better after I cleared my cookies and history but we'll see how long it lasts!! I love my hook-ups!! We'll see how I do with room locations for in June since my bff will be on maternity leave but I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for 8A at CSR!!!

Sounds like a great birthday visit with your parents so far...to funny your Dad being used to the "fur characters"

How did you find POFQ compared to CS? I would think it would seem less busy being a smaller resort.

My fingers are crossed that you hear about your contract soon.

Building 5 looks like a great location to request. How do you request a certain building. I requested 1st floor when reserving, but can I call back and add a building number to my request too?
Your riverview is very nice too. We are reserved for garden view.

I'm glad that your mom & dad were able to eat at Akershus. We ate their on our last trip (but breakfast) and we loved it.
I'm kindof bummed that I don't have any Princess dining reservations for this trip.
Tell your friend to feel free to put us down for special Illuminations viewing too!

Sorry I haven't commented in awhile, school is crazy and all... well I'll just not go into that since I've probably said it a million times. But I'm all caught up and ready to write a nice review on the update so.... ON WITH THE SHOW...

What a fun night in World Showcase! The Princess Dining at Akershus in Norway looks great. I wonder where your dad ended up going all that time you were being seated and thus meeting Aurora. The food looks absolutely delicious, I'll definitely have to take note of this place, especially with that pot roast (I think) and the desserts, of course Love the special desserts they give to those who are celebrating Great pictures of you guys with the princesses too, so nice that all of you get in on the act

LOL @ the hat lady! She sounds hilarious! How does someone ask for Sweet Caroline to be played though when Neil Diamond sounds nothing like The Beatles? Just don't get that, or am I missing the joke altogether lol

What great viewing seats you got for IllumiNations! I've had special ones too and I swear Disney always makes sure that the best places to sit to see the Fireworks are ones you have to pay for Of course, but so nice of your roommate to allow you to have that seating

Can't wait to read more!

Thanks!! I enjoy POFQ the best. It's the first resort I ever stayed at and it's so small and quiet compared to CSR which has tons of space and at times..tons of convention guests!! Speaking of that, I need to research to see what group may be there when we stay in June..eek!!!

Thanks!! I just called reservations and added building 5 or 2 to our reservation since both of those are close to the main building and are river views. The past few times we were in 6 and I LOVED IT. After 2, I wish I had requested 6 which also has river views and is on the same side as the food court and buses but oh well!! You might want to research that more and just play out all your options!

WHO'S A SEASONAL CM AGAIN??!!! ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


By now a ton of you have already read this news on FB so this is old news but if you aren't my FB, that is my news!!

On Saturday, on a whim, I applied for a seasonal position in food and beverage through a summer job fair WDW is hosting. I figured it was my last attempt to get back with Disney for the summer so I tried! After doing the online interview (and answering all the questions strongly agree or disagree..just like they tell all interviewing CPs) I got an email to set up an in person interview which was today!!!!

The CM basically welcomed me back, went over guidelines for F&B, then asked where I would want to work and gave me a choice out of 4 locations!!! It won't be anything like BBB but it will be fast paced and I think I'll like it and if not..it's not my "real job" and can be from time to time instead of 40 hours a week every week!! lol.

The only bit of info that I'm giving now is that I won't be starting until the first of June and I'll be at DHS but I'm not giving out my work location just yet.

I'm pretty thrilled and I'm dying to get to Traditions so I can get my new WDW ID!!

Thanks for reading along..I'll be back at some point this week or weekend with a trip update!!

Yay! But now I feel sorta bad because I guessed Disney cm and downplayed it as not a big deal. I guess I was thinking huge life changer, but a job with disney is great! I'd totally try to do that if I lived up there. Think of all the money you'll save at the parks now! And making some money to boot!
