You receive a room (I received a Tent Room, but I know others who received the Haunted Mansion Room.), 2000 Credits, and a Best Guest Room Pin.

When I won Best Guest, it was two days after the Briar Patch rooms came
out, and that's the guest room they gave me. With Best Game recently,
I received the Tent room as the prize room.

Both awards had the pin and 2000 credits, so I think that's standard.
If I win again, I believe I get the VIP Best Guest Room pin.
