May I suggest hitting the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic instead. MUCH better alternative.
It was pricey, but when we added up all the unlimited food and drink we had it actually was a great deal on paper and came down to much less per item than F&W. One of the best "date nights" we've had in ages in FL. The food was better, the drinks unlimited, the crowds were lighter and the entertainment though a bit cheesy was fun.
We too have done F&W for years, but are avoiding it more and more. I won't go so far to say the food is horrible. We live in a total foodie town and are spoiled, but there are a few good treats to find at F&W. Poland, was not one of those booths though. Decent food, but pretty much those had to be Mrs. T's perogies! However, I agree....even bland Polish food still tops crappy burgers and pizza, though there were tastier countries to visit. We're historical Disney diehards here who hate the crowds. We used to love strolling Epcot in the evening, and now try to avoid it like the plague and once the F&W lines start to build up we hightail it out. (Which seems to be earlier and earlier. Used to be 3-4:00, now some days by 1 or 2, I'm like "get me out of here!) Of course we used to escape to Animal Kingdom, so who knows what the new plan is going to be?!
I've finally got a list of allergies now too, and while Disney handles those pretty well, I'm still probably not going to want to navigate crowds and lines with a lot of diet restrictions and we'll be doing F&W even less
