No new confirmation from changes to ressie

I just realized going through my DVC vacation binder I made that I never recieved a confirmation letter from a vacation I took off a day from. I was told it wodul remain the same ressie number. Can I call and request they send me a copy of the new vacation?
Shoudl I ahve gotten one?

I also have another trip in which i called back and added a request to be near the elevator. No new confirmation letter either. Woudl it be wise to call and ask for a copy of that, too? Do all requests show up on the letter?

I believe it is policy now to not send out a new confirmation letter each time a change is made. Yes, you can request a new letter reflecting your changes be sent.

Not all requests (or types of requests) show on the confirmation letter. I've never gotten a new confirmation letter for a request addition or change. However, if I call MS to inquire, the CM reads me back the requests and the addition or change has always been there.

I do get new confirmation letters when I add, change or drop days from my reservation. The last one was a few months ago when I dropped the first two days of a stay at BWV - decided to spend the first weekend at VB instead of at BWV. Received a confirmation letter for the new reservatrion at VB and also one for the modified reservation at BWV.
