I got off the Dream Friday and with the exception of the first day, I did not get a navigator. I even asked the stateroom host for it and she didn't have any. All I recieved was the schedule. Do they not give them out every day anymore?

Yes, they are placed on the bed each night (for the next day). Also available at Guest Services.

Maybe the ship had printing issues and could only come up with the schedule page?

Unless this has changed for the Dream (or shorter cruises).

We've always received them. Perhaps there was a printing issue as PrincessSchmoo mentioned. You can always drop by guest services to pick up a copy. If they didn't have them, they might know the reason why they weren't available.

I didn't see them anywhere. Guest services only had the schedule page too. Strange...

I would have asked Guest Services on the cruise.. I really hope they don't stop printing the Navigators. Although the app was great, the printed copy was something I took to breakfast with me each morning :)

I see the schedule as being the Navigator. And you have said that you got the schedule.

Are you talking about the other stuff "around" the schedule sheet? I suppose it's 4 pages but one big sheet of paper folded?

I just got a one page (8.5"X11") schedule with no navigator big sheet folded around it. This is my first Disney cruise but I saw the ones posted on Disney cruise line blog and I only got the last page from those examples. It's not a big deal but I was going to save them and submit them for everyone else. Just curious if they were trying to replace them with the app or something.

I sure DCL would really like to reduce the amount of paper used when printing the Navigators. But, not everyone has a compatible mobile device and some of those that do don't want to use them during their cruise.

Some cruises we have to chase for it and others they deliver each night without issue. I have no idea why! I love getting it each night. Believe me I hunt down that host and grab one when I see it missing. my wheelchair jamming the cart on the way down! Enough with the time spent on the towel animals already I say give me the navigators instead!

The app contains the schedule, though. So if they were looking to replace it with the app, you would have been more likely to get the stuff around it instead of the schedule.

IMO the schedule is the important part, so definitely scan that to share.

Did you ask guest services what was going on?
