No Monorail so would you boat or bus?

Will be needing to get to and from the Magic Kingdom from the Poly and Contemporary resorts for supper meals and usually take the monorail but looks like the monorail will be closed for out visit next week so what would you do, take the boat or the busses that will run during this time.

How long might each of these options take?

Poly- depends on the line for the boat. They will be using the larger boats to accommodate the increased volume. Can take from 10-30 minutes. Bus likely less unless you arrive just as it leaves.

Contemporary- walk, of course. Distance from the contemporary to MK entrance isn't bad at all.

Boat - I love riding the boat transportation in the MK area - so relaxing - just make sure you give yourself enough time for a leisurely boat ride!

Yeah, I guess you would have to walk from the Contemporary, hard to take a boat up the sidewalk . Just tired and got mixed up with WL.
So a boat might be the best thing for the Poly. Never done it but should be good.

Give or take.
The boat will be far less under your control as to timing.
If you just miss one, it will take longer than if you hit it just right, of course.

Walking to/from the Contemporary is about 10 minutes, or so, depending on your pace.

We took the boat to the GF yesterday and it was a pleasant ride. We just planned to arrive early and walked around.
We had dinner at the Poly last night and the monorail was running for the trip back to MK
