No moderates available dec. 7-dec. 14?

Can this be possible? We are going to Disney Dec. 7-Dec.14. We are staying at ASMu with free dining. I called Disney because now that we have free dining I want to upgrade the hotel. The CM tells me there are no moderates available? Can this be possible? She seemed like she was unsure when she said it. Should i call again?

Call or check online and you can keep checking. Sometimes there are cancellations or just more rooms released for a special. Most likely there are rooms maybe just not your exact dates or for the code.

I did check your dates online. While they are not avail. for FD, there are rooms. I guess it's just sold out for the offer but you can still check. By the way no rooms in any category were avail for your dates for FD.

Oh wait. Isn't the 7th-9th blacked out? Do you have a PIN or 2 separate reservations?

If you are trying for an offer (free dining?), it could be that no rooms are available for that offer. It could also be that MANY people have chosen not to stay at the values during Pop Warner and more people are staying at the moderates to avoid the groups at the values?

I have a pin for free dining for the black out dates...and i just want to upgrade since i am saving with the free dining...

There are only a certain amount of rooms available for each type of code. So just because there are rooms available it doesn't mean they are necessarily any rooms still allotted for the code that you have.

keep trying though because some people change resorts or cancel.
