Have you checked on MDE to see if they are being customized or what their status is? If there is no update there, I would call to check. Mine were delayed with the east coast blizzard, but arrived on 1/29 for our 2/15 arrival date. I got an email with tracking info when they shipped and it also showed up on MDE.

Have you customized them yet? They sent our email around the two weeks date. After that, it took another few days for them to arrive. I remember thinking that they were cutting it pretty close, but we got them in plenty of time for the trip.

We had that problem with our MB on our nov trip. I had to call so they can release them manually. What is the status in mde ?

I had the same problem for my trip in October. I ended up calling and they found that there was a hold due to an issue in our reservations. They manually released them and we received the bands in the mail the morning we left for our trip.

Received ours yest. two days after saying they were shipped - ressies 2/24!
