Our next three updates received yesterday were all from Kim (Kimmy2Disney), the first of which is an adult beverage update from the pool bar at CSR.
She said, "While waiting for my mom to arrive on the Magical Express yesterday morning we just hung around the hotel (Coronado Springs) and went to the pool! We got a glimpse of the pool bar menu when they opened at 11:00 and just couldn't resist because there were so many things that looked so yummy!"

Next I had a nice surprise yesterday when I received a Disneyland update from Anne (scanne). I was not expecting her to arrive there until 11/6 but they moved up their trip dates and are now there from 11/2 - 11/8.

She said, "After riding RnRC using FP+ we walked towards Star Tours for our next FP+ and stopped to pay respects to Walt."

Our next update in yesterday was the first from a new reporter who arrived at Disney World on Friday, Ken (Gastons Truffle Hog).
He said, "Day 1 of live reporting was an epic failure from a photo standpoint. Shooting food pics with a 3 and 4 year old in tow is proving much more difficult than expected for me because I really want to enjoy every moment of this trip and not be to preoccupied with anything else. However, I am the Food & Beverage director of a premium catering company at a very special venue so I have an extreme passion for creative, high quality food and exceptional hospitality. I was 7 the last time I was at Disney, now 32, so I really am not sure what to expect exactly with their food service. The Dis is a great tool but there are definitely a number of reviews that leave me wondering what these people are thinking."
"Here's a Day 1 (Friday, 11/1) recap: Lunch at Be our Guest was very good. No issues at all with our FP+ preorder whatsoever. Felt bad for about 2 seconds for all the folks roasting in that long line but they could've found the link online to the FP+ trial just like we did. Our food found us within 5 minutes of seating ourselves via our Magic Bands. Incredibly efficient, yet mildly creepy as we never experienced such unique service before. Jackie and I shared the Croque Monsieur and Tuna Nicoise Salad and both were good We were pleased with flavors, textures, temp and presentations especially for this style of service." (3/5)
"The princesses (as they have grown accustomed to being called) both had the turkey sandwiches with peach applesauce maybe? and fries. I thought these were great kids meals (4/5) but the girls weren't crazy about them (2/5). They ate only what I required in order for them to have our Grey stuff cupcakes. They loved these. And then the last report received from Gisèle was her dining summary from their 3 week trip.
She said, "Our favorite F&W event was by far the Hibachi Experience at Teppan Edo. When I did the reservations I was not sure about this one because we are not sake fans usually but this dinner changed our mind!! The food was great, the pairings were great, the service and the "show" were really great too. When I did the review I forgot to mention that the CEO of Mitsukoshi Japan was there and many Disnet executives too, I think the servers and chefs were pretty impressed too!"
"In second place we both choose the dinner at Jiko, best wines of the festival for us and all the courses were well prepared."
"In third place I would put the Sweet Sunday brunch with Buddy Valastro and DH chose the Bordeaux Regional lunch at Monsieur Paul."
"Our biggest disappointment was the dinner at Wolfgang Puck 's Dining Room. We love WP Express so we were even more disappointed by the sub par food and the cheap wines they served."
"Our favorite F&W booths items were the sausage and peppers from Italy, the mahi mahi from Singapore and the chocolate cake with Baileys from Ireland!"
