No Halloween Costume thread?

Or am I just missing it?? If so please point me (and anyone else who might be missing it) in the right direction!

Anyway, just in case, we dressed my blonde, green-eyed DD and her blonde, blue-eyed boyfriend up goth. It was a LOT of fun to do, and I have discovered that 1) Boys do NOT like eye-liner, and 2) Two full cans of black hair color cannot cover blonde!

Don't know how to link to pics, but our son wanted to show off his Aerosmith shirt so my wife and I decided to be 80s rockers. While searching closets, my wife said that it would be easier if I were a female, so I reluctantly joined the female 80s star club. After heavy, heavy makeup, a pink wig, lots of neon, including bright yellow tights with fishnets over them, and 2 hours of trying to figure out how to put everything on, I spent 3 hours dressed as Cyndi Lauper. It was a hit with the neighborhood.

From the male prospective, eyeliner sucks to have it put on, but is worse to take off. Tights are hard to wear and walk around in, and I constantly kept pulling my dress down. It was not easy getting out of the car either.

It was fun, but will be a LLLOOONNNNGGGG time before I do something like that again.

(FWIW, my younger brother used to wear eyeliner at one point during his teenage years, heh)
