In many years past you could get one.Didn't WDW have a shoppers pass at one time in years past? This is where you leave a deposit for the amount of a one day ticket on a CC at guest services. If you return within one hour your card is not charged. With all the stores in Disney Springs and at resorts are there items inside the parks you just cannot find outside?

I remember using this option. I want to say it was 15 or more years ago. Definitely a very long time ago.
YOU CAN STILL DO IT!
I just did it about a year ago. I had to pay a fulls days ticket and show my id. They said I had one hour. If I was back within the hour (I only needed twenty minutes, I had forgotten to get something that was only available let in park) I got full refund.
I asked the hotel.if they could purchase something over phone and have sent to resort...they said I could just do the one hour pass. It was very easy.
It would have to be when they still sold ride tickets.

Only warning to that is since then they have the Shop Disney Parks app and now it's available from your couch...
