No fantasmic dinner packages 12/12 to 12/24...did I miss something?

that's just fantasmic though, not the dinner package? so confused. sitting here eating a lame blueberry chobani (i don't even like blueberry yogurt) and reading a review of Sanaa, lol. brain not clicking in.

Yeah, the screenshot is just Fantasmic! the show. The dinner package is still greyed out for the month of December. I even called WDW-Dine again this morning and the CM checked for me. Still nothing on their end either

Understandable, that Indian-style bread service sounds much more tempting than a yogurt! Can't wait to try it on my next trip

Add me to the list of people wanting for fantasmic dinner package. I've actually been waiting for a while because my trip is Nov 30 -Dec 11, when I hit my 180 days I at first thought everything was just booked because you could still search in December but just got nothing available. Now, it wont even let you pick a single day in December. I feel like I got screwed out of my "resort perk" because I'm not getting the extra time of my stay ahead of others just booking 180 days in advance. I did book H&V in a normal reservation, would be great if it could just be upgraded later because my fear is they will have everything already booked for the small amount of reservations they release for these packages.

I called and she said it is up to the restaurant to accept reservations and that he calendar is out now and showing it at 7PM each night, but the restaurants haven't released the package to be booked yet. She said she had just went through the same thing with a previous caller wanting it. URGH. If you can choose a date, it should be available.

I got so excited when I could select a date! That means they have to be close to releasing the reservations right?! I hope so!

Little strange all three restaurants have not released any meal time (lunch or dinner, I checked all ) yet!

One can hope. Maybe midnight or 6am?

sometimes they are just slow loading them into the system. i called at my 180+10 and I wanted ohana on a certain date and the CM said they hadn't been loaded into the system yet, it wasn't sold out. Lo and behold a few days later ALL availability was there and it didn't sell out for a couple of days. I got what i wanted. So I'm hoping this will be the same thing. just keep checking. frustrating!

I had to call again today because I had to book the last dinner of my stay.

Since I had an agent, I asked the same question again. They said once I see those dinner packages actually available, I should call in and an agent can simultaneously book and cancel the reservation on their end. I'm very nervous but this continues to be their statement so I guess I'll just go with calling in and hoping for the best.

Maybe your agent does something special but as far as I kno you can do it online without having to cancel the other reservation until you have the other one secured.
Meaning you can do it as soon as you see it online I'm pretty sure you don't have to waste precious minutes trying to call your agent to let them know. I was able to do that with a PPO reservation at BoG that I simultaneously canceled as I added a PPO Crystal Palace reservation that came up with overlapping times. It just gave me a warning that I had already made a reservation at that time and if I wished to proceed with booking I would have to let that other one go and it gave me another message saying that my first reservation would be held onto until my other one had been confirmed. This is of course just one experience and maybe it works differently with dinner packages but that was my experience.

I'm in the club too. Got all the dining reservations my client wanted including BOG but couldn't get Fantasmic dining package. I booked HBD anyway but hope I can get that switched to a package at some point. I called and CM basically told me the same thing y'all have been told.

They opened up later times for H&V today so that might be the first step to get ready for the package. I know I moved my 4:20 to a later time because I am not interested in the package, which would free up a spot for a package. I am sure I was not the only one.
