No e-mail confirmation?

I changed my reservation this morning from 3 rooms at POP to a fs and a standard room at ASMu this morning. Spent almost an hour and a half on the phone with the CM but never got an email confirmation. Should I be worried?

this has happened to me too before, you will probably get it in 24 hours, just check on line reservations to make sure it was all applied.
I just applied FD to my mom's ressies and we didn't get the e-mail but I checked to see if the adjustment was made on line and it was.

It usually takes a bit if you book over the phone. If you log in it should show your updated info. I got mine almost immediately, but I booked online.

It's always very hit or miss for me on whether I actually get the promised email. I booked online a couple hours ago and still haven't received the email confirmation.

I called this am and added the Free Dining Promotion to my existing reservation.
When I looked it up online, the Free Dining has not been added and I haven't received any kind of confirmation. Is this normal? Just want to make sure that I did actually get it after holding for 90 minutes.

maybe you should call back, did the CM run through everything with you at the end?
I checked on line for ours and it was updated, never got the e-mail confirmation though.

I am so glad to read I am not the only one lol
I just got off the phone with Disney Again to make sure I got the changes and free dining I called for this morning since I didn't get an e-mail.
The CM told me it can take upto 24 hrs.
I still made her open my reservation and check, just to be sure lol

Mine took about 18 - 20 hours. I called late morning one day and got the Email confirmation the next day first thing in the morning.

I had to make 2 changes to my reservation Thursday....the first one the confirmation came through within 10 minutes...the second one it took 24 hours and came after 9am EST the next day.

I never got the e-mail on a reservation last month. They tried three times sending it to 2 different e-mail addresses. I finally had them send a hard copy in the mail - it took a week but at least I got it!

This is me as well. Hopefully it will update soon because I really do not want to call back!

I did call them since I was concerned. The resort change shows up on line but nothing about dining. She pulled it up and verified that I am booked with the FD code.

We absolutley must have had the same rep. Wish I could remember her name. NO personality whatsoever. And I wasn't expecting much.. but wow
