No dragon?

We watched Fantasmic! on Monday for the first time in 14 years scared1 so we were looking forward to seeing the dragon - Murphy, is it?
But he was a no show - I have followed his troubles on these boards and MiceAge (head falling off etc) and wondered has he been taken off permanently or is he just having a rest - anyone know?

Also, saw Aladdin yesterday and the flying carpet is still out after their mishap a month or so ago...still a great show though!

We saw Murphy on 10/15 and 16.

Murphy was there 10/22. 10/24 DL closed to guests for the cast member party. So last Mon the only way you saw F! is if you were at the cast party. I didn't go so I'm not sure of F! even played at the cast party and if it did why Murphy was a no show.

She (Murphy/Malicficent is a girl) was there when we were there a couple weeks ago. But she is not in the same place she used to be, She is now closer to the middle of the "stage" not off to the right like before.

Murphy was fine in August, brother was just there and said the same thing?

sorry, my days are all blurring in to one big techno-coloured, pixie-dust sprinkled Disney blur... it happens when you have a 14 day pass...
I guess we saw the show on Sunday..not Monday! We - we will go again this weekend and see if she's better...

Murphy occasionally just doesn't show due to technical issues. Sometimes if there are 2 shows in a night, she might show one show and not the second.

When we saw the second show in December 2009, Murphy just stayed up when she was supposed to retreat...they had to turn the mist screens and projected sparkles on them, so it wasn't so obvious that she'd malfunctioned. It was pretty cool.
