Charming! You have 14 $0 days....only 1 away from your goal! :cheer2:

Thanks. I am so excited. I worked hard this month to stop myself from running out daily for little things and really took the time to think about what I actually needed versus what I wanted.

I noticed my spending went up a lot in the last week versus the first two of the month. The difference?!?

We ate out FOUR TIMES in the last week! :faint:

And not only did my spending go up, but the number on the scale did too, after going DOWN the first two weeks of the month! :faint:

The flooding this past week didn't help the waistline either. I was getting really good about going to the park and walking. It was underwater this week. :sad2:

Next two weeks will be like the first two. I hope. :thumbsup2

Bought the wine for my dinner out with Roomie on the 30th - the place may be pricey, but at least it's BYOB! :drinking1

Picked up some eggs I needed at WF today. I made the yummiest eggs yesterday for breakfast today and tomorrow: sauteed spinach, cream cheese, scrambled eggs, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. :cloud9:

I'll probably need milk before the month is out - and if I go to the Bears game, a few items for my taco dip. I think I'll just scrape by! :teacher:

So today is my 15th $0 day. :cool1: :banana::dance3::woohoo:

I am so thankful for not only this thread but this whole budget board. It has really let me look at how much I spend and what of that I really don't need to.

I was snowed in, so I got a 0 day. I'm hardly impressing myself. At this point I'm just glad to still be keeping up the tracking of my spending.

This is probably the most difficult month of the year to keep the budget in check, so don't get TOO discouraged! And you're still in the habit of tracking the the spending, so that's good! :thumbsup2

I blew my budget out of the water yesterday, but fortunately the culprit is an excpetion (vet bills). I'll post later today for the 21st and 22nd. Tomorrow won't be a $0 day either...FINALLY going to see The Princess and the Frog! :cool1:

I think I will. :goodvibes I'm going with a group. Last month, we went to the Disney art exhibit that is here at the New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA). The art from the movie is incredible and we are really looking forward to seeing the movie. We got the general plot from all the artwork at the museum, and some of the music too. We were all saying this one is going be expensive after we have to buy the movie tickets, the CD soundtrack, and the DVD! Oh yeah, and a 2nd or 3rd go round at the NOMA exhibit! :lmao:
