I also have some coupons for Outback that expire next weekend that I want to use but hubby will get a gift card at his football coaches banquet this week so it wont be money out of our budget!

I went out shopping and the store I needed was closed...oh well there was a couple others open! I got some inexpensive but cool gifts for my friends; then I ended up at the Andersons for a light timer (and of course got some other stuff!) and finally Michaels for some really cute Chirstmas cards from the dollar bin. By the way Michaels seems to be having a huge sale on their Chirstmas stuff, it could be just mine though...

Also we are getting some snow this week so my goal is to only got out once probably Tuesday to get a few things. I need a memory card for a digital camera we got my Grandma for Christmas, the new Glee CD, and more melting chocolate.

Congrats Cheryl on eating dinners in! I know how hard it can be sometimes!!

I made alot of chicken last night for dinner and I took the juices from the pan and added a lot of water and cut up carrots that were going bad, some celery and onion that I bought yesterday for .90. Cut up some of the leftover chicken from last night. I took one breast with me to work today and another breast for lunch tomorrow. Then I broke the stock with the chicken and vegetables in half and froze the one half after it was cooked. Then I cooked some noodles separately and added to 1/2 of the vegetable chicken stock. I have approx. 3 quarts of Chicken noodle soup made! And another 3 quarts in the freezer, just waiting for the noodles ;). So for approx. 3.50 including the cost of the chicken. I made a gallon and 1/2 of soup! :scared1:
