You are going to eat for an entire month on $25? WOW!!!

Haha, as I said, we just seriously stocked up. =) We only have to buy perishables this month. I also usually have lunch at school with an already paid for dining account. This is sort of an experiment, so we'll see how well it goes! =)
Hello everyone, I'm new! We definitely need to make this basically a no-buy month since we have to save $500/month to be able to go to WDW in September! That is quite a bit of savings for us so we're going to have to cut back tremendously.
My planned spending for April aside from bills includes:
$425 Groceries (this is a HUGE cut, we usually spend over $600/month!!)
$200 Gas
$150 Summer Clothing for the kids (hopefully I can manage to spend much less than this on the clothing.)
$75 Household (cleaning supplies, diapers, etc.)
That is IT. No eating out, no extra stuff at Target (I'm bad about that) and no mall trips!
We have tons of children's consignment sales here in NC. I go to consignmentmommies.com and type in my zip code. It gives me a list of all the churches & clothing exchanges within a 50 mile radius. I have never looked, but I assume it's including all towns over the U.S.(I hope it was o.k. to post this site, so sorry if it wasn't, please delete if you need to) This REALLY helps me strech my daughter's clothing budget!!! Some of the clothes are still new with tags![]()
Well, I did it. I am very happy with my day today. I successfully coupon shopped and saved almost as much as I spent thanks to BarginDiva.com, Frugalcouponliving.com, and Happyhomemakercindy.com... Wow great sites.. Check em out if you guys haven't. What are your favorites?
