No ADRs at Raglan Road?

Has anyone heard this or did I just get bad info from a CM? I just called to make a ressie and he says they are only taking walk-ins. I asked if it was every night, or just the one I called about (like maybe they were full for ADRs or something) but he said every night. Has anyone else heard this? Or should I call back?

I have an ADR for dinner on 9/14. Maybe they don't take lunch ADRs or maybe the ADR policy is changing.

I just made a dinner reservation there a couple of days ago. I think he was mistaken.

sounds like the CM was mistaken

We have ADR's for October already.

1) Raglan Road does, indeed, take ADR's.
2) Try calling again.

It has been Raglan Road's policy to take ADR's in the past and I assume that it still is. They do not take Day OF ADR's. You have to call them or use their web site to do same day reservations.

Try again - we made reservations for an evening in October back in April.

Tried again, new CM. I asked to make ADRs, she said sure and started typing stuff in, asking how many were in our party, etc. Then she suddenly said, they are only taking walk ups. I asked if it was new policy and she said yes. She obviously didn't know either b/c she tried entering them. I guess conceivably it could be just for that night, but she definitely attempted to make them and wasn't allowed (she wasn't just telling me off the top of her head).

I will try back in a few days to see if this is a fluke. If anyone else succeeds in making a new ressie, will you let me know? JJ

What day are you trying to get an ADR for. There was another thread on this board about one night during the golf tournement that Raglin Road was bought out for a private party. She had an ADR for that night and they called and canceled it and tried to reschedule her.

I was told the same thing a couple of days ago when I tried to make an ADR at Raglan Road. However, I was told that it was for that particular day only. I was trying to make an ADR for 11/3... is that the same day you were trying for? The CM I had seemed surprised that she couldn't make any for that day.

What dates are you trying to book for?

I have reservations in a few weeks but they may have changed their policy or for some reason blocked some dates as only walk-ups.

If two CMs found the same info in their computer, it's probably true...

I actually have 2, but for in September. I made them back in May.

These posts are making me a bit nervous, think I'll do all my ADR confirms tomorrow.

I just called disney dining and made an adr for dinner at Raglan Road on Sept. 23rd. No problem at all. Hope this helps.

Ok, mystery solved! I was actually trying for Nov 5. But I called back today and tried for another day (Nov 8) and they let me make reservations. So I had the CM check the 5th and it says walkups only. There must be a function or something that makes it show as full for ADRs, just walkups. Of course, the first two told me "they are no longer taking ADRs". You would think that they would know this means just for this night, and it is doesn't mean no more ADRs ever!

Oh well, I guess it once again proves the DIsney adage that if you don't get the answer you think is right, call back until you get it! THanks for everyone's help! JJ
