Circumstances: The child was removed from a store at 116 Broad Street in Elizabeth, NJ. The victim's mother was shopping while the child played in the toy area. We have video fo the child being led out of the store by the described suspect.

Skin Color: Hispanic Age: 3 years old
Height: 3 feet Weight: 30 lbs
Gender: Female
Description: Last seen wearing white hooded sweatshirt, white tee shirt with a dog or cat on front, tan/beige pants




SuspectName: Unknown Unknown
Age: Late 40s-50 years old
Weight: 135 lbs
Gender: Female
Description: Wearing long curly black hair believed to be a wig, teal blue/green jacket, dark colored blouse underneath

UPDATE is they found the little girl , she is OK and they arrested the kidnapper
