Okay, I sent my brother (the guest of honor of our trip next month) to Allears to peruse the menus and pick some restaurants.
Of course he came back with Nine Dragons, which I'm less than thrilled about, as his top pick.
Being the great sister that I am I called on our 90 day mark and got us an ADR for lunch (I'm a passholder, might as well pick up that extra 10% off, right?
)
Well.. now my question is.. What is this place like?
The only thing I EVER eat at a Chinese Restaurant is sweet and sour chicken (just the sauce and the chicken) and white rice. Nothing else has ever appealed to me..
The only two things on the menu that look appeasing to me at all are the...
Honey Sesame Chicken -- Batter fried chicken breast served in a delicious, tangy honey and sesame sauce. $14.75 ((Not a huge fan of Honey..))
Canton Pepper Beef -- Sliced beef stir-fried with onion, green and red peppers. $13.99
Anyone have any reviews on these?
Or even the Sweet n Sour pork?.. I'm not a big fan of pork but I guess it's the closest to anything I KNOW I'll like..
Sorry that this is so long, I'm just trying to figure out before we get there.
He doesn't know I'm not 100% into eating here so I'd like to go with a game plan and hopefully he'll never know
