Can someone tell me what time Nine Dragons opens for lunch? Thanks

It opens when the World Showcase opens at 11 am

The PassPorter I have indicates lunch hours are from 12:00 to 4:30pm, and dinner hours are from 4:45pm to park closing.

I love Nine Dragons. Never crowded and good food.
